Klint Ramdass is Head of Product at Reactiv, the mobile commerce platform built for Shopify brands.
He's spent more than a decade shipping mobile shopping experiences for some of Canada's biggest retailers: he led the redesign, re-platform, and relaunch of Indigo's mobile app, ran Mejuri's app channel from concept to launch as its business owner, and drove growth for Loblaw's PC Express app and its 10M+ monthly visitors — a program he helped pilot back when it was still called Click & Collect.
At Reactiv, that history came full circle when the team relaunched Indigo's app, the same one he first rebuilt years earlier. At Reactiv, he builds the platform around what moves growth and retention for the brands that run on it. He's based in Toronto.
